Debt management simplified.

PayPlan made the calculation and allocation of my income and "surplus" after all expenses far easier than when I was trying to work the figures out myself. They were able to steer me through what counts as legitimate expenses, including a reserve for unexpected events, and then took the resultant balance and negotiated agreement to that annual repayment in manageable monthly amounts. If, for any reason, I have a problem with paying (which, touch wood, hasn't happened so far) I know that PayPlan are just a phone call or email away and will do everything in their power to help smooth things over. They are friendly, always there and most importantly, I trust them to do all that they can to help me, as a person not as a number or random bod my liaison agent has been assigned, it's a real, personal arrangement. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PayPal to anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves in the position of owing money to several creditors and trying to deal with various collection agents whilst also attempting to make sense of their legal standing, what counts as income and everything else one can encounter at probably one of the most stressful times in their life.
