THE INITIAL PART OF THE PROCESS WAS VERY GOOD WITH THE AGENT ON THE PHONE: SOPHIA WAS VERY HELPFUL. AFTERWARDS, IT WAS FRUSTRATING NOT HAVING ANYONE TO TALK TO, TRYING TO WORK OUT THE NUANCES OF THE WEB PAGE TO SUBMIT THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
