Professional and caring

I was at my wit's end before I plucked up the courage to get help. Am I glad I contacted Payplan. Couldn't not have been more helpful. Explained all the options available, helped me write letters to my creditors and just made me feel that life was worth living. With their help I am now slowly getting back on track after losing a lot of work during Covid. Without them? Who knows what I would have done Reviewed on: 27th May 2022

Finally, some peace of mind

For months I wasn't sleeping or eating well. My money worries and home life were causing me so many issues, until I finally plucked up the courage to contact PayPlan. Even after the initial conversation with one of their agents I could feel the weight lifting from my shoulders. They were patient, kind and understanding. Explained all the options available and gave me their recommendations. Now only a few months on and I feel like a new person. PayPlan agreement in place with all creditors, no more threatening letters, and a budget that means I can now spend money on food and other essentials. All the communication I have had with PayPlan has been comprehensive, yet easy to understand. When ever I have had to call them, it's always a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
