Exceptional customer service

After being stressed out over debt due to loosing job, then gaining work on 0 hours contract I ended up in massive debt that I could see no way out. I discovered payplan. I actually got to speak to real people who helped calm me down, walked me through every step. As well as helping me to set up paying off debts there seemed to be a real concern about my mental wellbeing.
