Easy, straight forward and simple

After struggling on and off with debt for most of my adult life, I finally thought that enough was enough and that I needed to do something permanent. I’d known other people who had gone through an IVA before and saw that it worked for them but I was more concerned about making sure that my payments were up to date, even though balances weren’t going down and I was one payslip away from everything falling apart. I finally took the plunge and spoke to PayPlan and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The fact that they were open on a bank holiday to talk me through the process was fantastic to start with. My case manager walked me through all the steps and what I needed to do, and eventually I was successfully signed up to my IVA. I know feel a lot more happier with what is happening, and no longer worried about payments etc Very happy with the team, and I’m glad I decided to reach out to PayPlan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
