Easy to contact and understanding

PayPlan are so easy to make contact with, if I have a question or change I can just send an email which is so much better for my anxiety and helps me really think of what I’m saying. They’ve always been understanding and it was easy to get started on the plan. The people I have spoke with on the phone have been kind and funny and so intelligent.
