Payplan helped me set up an affordable repayment plan for my debts. All through the process Payplan staff communicated with me regularly and responded promptly to my concerns and inquiries. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Even when I delayed to provide some of the required documentation or responses they would keep contacting me to remind me and to see how they could help me or provide any clarification I needed.
