Excellent customer service

From the day I spoke to an advisor from Pay Plan they made everything perfectly easy and clear for me to understand. My sleepless nights, worries and anxieties were no more and I felt like a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I can now sleep at night!

In 2019 I was so stressed out and worried about how I couldn’t pay my monthly bills. I finally decided to contact Pay Plan after speaking to another debt managing company who I knew were not given me the correct solution that applied to me. The reason being they were trying to get me on to a IVA which I knew I was not eligible for and they wanted to charge me a monthly fee. When I spoke to Pay Plan their customer services advisor put my mind at ease immediately. He went through all of my details and correctly advised that I was eligible for a debt management plan, which was set up for me immediately with no added fees. That night was the first nights decent sleep I had for months. So thank you Pay Plan and all your staff that I have had contact with are so understanding of how people must be feeling at a desperate time. I have told many people about my debt management plan and I’m no longer ashamed of myself anymore knowing I’m managing to keep up with my monthly payment and the annual review is so easy to understand and fill in myself.
