Helpful and Friendly

Really helpful and friendly team; every time I have had to contact them, they have taken the time to listen and give us the best advice and helo for our situation. Kind and helpful

From day one PayPlan have be kind, patient and have help us out. They took there time to go through everything to make use we got the right help that we needed and have been ever since. Understanding, kind, patient and they get it done!

When I first contacted PayPlan for help, I was very happy with the lady I spoke to. She was understanding, kind, patient and very thorough as we went though very thing. And I mean everything! They keep you in the loop very step of the way, making sure that everything is right for you and it was all set up quickly. Every time I have phoned with a question or when it comes to the yearly review, I have been met with the same kind and understanding attitude. They have really helped us consolidate all our debts, doing all the hard work for you, which was a weight of my shoulders in itself. I would recommend them to anyone who is in a difficult time.
