Understanding and outstanding service

Nobody wants a debt management plan but when I found I couldn’t cope I went to Panplan who advised me on my options and the pros and cons of each one. They were understanding when I was furloughed and arranged for reduced payments to my creditors during the lockdowns. If it wasn’t for PayPlan I’d still be swimming in debt but I’m on my way to being finally debt free. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
