Helpful, reassuring, polite, proffessional

I have 2 years experience with payplan. they reassured us at a really hard time in our lives. having worked all of our lives myself and my husband found ourselves in a really bad financial crisis we thought we had nowhere to turn.Payplan ws recommended to us, I called them and straight away they reassured us and made me feel at ease as the lady i spoke to was so polite, empathetic and easy to talk to. I have recommended payplan to others since being with them and would recommend that anyone who is in such a crisis with their finances and feel they have nowhere to turn should call them for their proffessional advice and support Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
