Absolutely superb!!!

So in the past I had a few credit issues, and as I had started to repair my credit history by paying back all my debts, my credit score was still very poor, However, first response didn’t judge me on my score at all, a quick friendly chat with an underwriter, so that they had a better understanding of what caused my past issues, and where I was at at the time of applying was all it took for me to be approved for the finance I wanted, Because of this I think first response is just amazing because I don’t know of any other company who deals with finance applications this way, and I will definitely be staying as a future returning customer again, not just because of the application process, but also the customer service when you need to speak to someone is just exceptional, Well done first response, well done indeed.
