If Carlberg did Car Finance....

From the moment I called FRF I immediately felt the person I was speaking to cared which makes a massive difference to me. I was guided through the application process step by step and advised of the supporting documentation that would be needed. The affordability aspects were clearly explained. They showed great patience when trying to find the specific vehicle I wanted. They made sure everything was in place so that there were no surprises on the day I collected my car. A few days later they contacted me to make sure all was well - a nice touch I thought. I found FRF to be professional, competent and friendly throughout - which is why I didn't hesitate to vote for them. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
