Rescued from potentially ruinous situation.

I needed serious help to manage my debts and PayPlan offered advice and help without asking any non-essential questions. They have continued that help and advice ever since. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Life savers!

Following the death of my beloved wife of over 40 years, I somewhat lost the plot financially and spent very rashly. I mistakenly thought that spending would help mitigate the loss and somehow comfort me. It didn't. I was forced to either seek a solution acceptable to me and my creditors, or go into insolvency. I chose to ask PayPlan, and throughout they have been not only very understanding but extremely helpful. My indebtedness is reducing exactly in line with what they predicted, and I have never been asked to pay more that I can really afford. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023
