Rocky start, but good since

We had some issues to start off with where creditors were not being paid or updated as to the status of our account, but once that was sorted the road since has been pretty much stress free! Have to say that the App is horrendous! Keeps crashing, never saves your password, and doesn’t load, which is extremely frustrating as you can imagine!! If I need to log in I go via the internet and have deleted the app. If you guys could sort this out it would be amazing, as anyone like me does everything via his phone and a working app makes life a lot easier! Communication is good and pretty quick, and someone is always on hand to answer questions or assist with any issues. Overall, really pleased that we went into a DMP as there was absolutely no light at the end of the tunnel for us, now we can breath and not panic every time the postman turns up, with us expecting threatening letters, this has all be taken care of! Onwards and upwards and hopefully our debt can be paid back and cleared as soon as possible!! Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
