Let down, but PayPlan picked me up

After spending years with another Debt management provider, they dropped off and seemed to stop replying or keeping me updated. I've been with PayPlan for roughly 5 years now and I'm updated regularly, I can view and adjust my plan when needed and any other issues they're always at the end of the phone to advise or correct! I can't thank my financial advisors enough as I'm now nearly debt free Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Better than the previous

After an issue with a now ex, I was looking for an experienced company to help me regarding debt I had been left. Gregory Pennington was first but their customer service was a little bit slack regarding keeping me updated. So after a few months, I decided to see if there was another, and through Google I came across PayPlan and since the move it's been GREAT! I was consistently updated as to which company had accepted payments, which weren't and which companies were requesting for references or authorisation to allow these to deal with my financial situation. Not once was I left in the dark regarding any query and on the odd occasion where I had maybe left an issue too long, payplan were polite, friendly, respectful and understanding in helping me move forward! Still with them to this day and looking forward to the completion date. I can't remember all the names I have dealt with but as a whole the organisation seems flawless in the work they do and I can't praise or thank them enough for what they have done for me Reviewed on: 10th June 2022
