Very helpful & reliable company

Zopa is a very helpful and understanding company when you are going through some difficulties. Their service is very impressive as they are very quick and easy to use and they also have a customer friendly website, which keeps you up to date with the progress on your applications. I have a credit card with them and they always notify me 3 days before that my payment is due just so I don’t forget to make my payment. Their customer representatives are professional, helpful and polite which is refreshing as some of these credit card companies customer services are not always the best. It’s refreshing when a financial company goes out of their way to invest in their customer service. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
