Payplan are there to help

Last year I had to give up my job due to Covid and my partner's health problems deteriorating. My already reduced payment contained when I should have been paying more but couldn't afford to.. I began to receive phone calls from creditors and letters which I tried to sort out myself. Meanwhile Payplan didn't harrass me at all they sent me a text every now and then saying ....."we are here to help and support you." I continued to ignore them , but also continued to pay my reduced payment. Feeling very vulnerable and not sleeping very well...one day I decided to answer their text message. Someone answered me via email and I answered back explaining my situation. A young lady called Paula replied and agreed to communicate via email as I couldn't face a telephone call. I have never encountered such an understanding company especially with everything going on with Covid and the fear of everything going on. I am constantly in my overdraft at present as well so payments are limited, But Payplan have sorted out a payment to keep all of my creditors happy for the time being. Payplan have also helped me to sleep at night.....they are at the the other end of a text message, phone call, email, whichever is best for you. They will listen and give you time, just when you think no-one else can. I am so grateful for the text messages that I did'nt answer, the email I received from a gentleman whose name I can't recall sadly, but I did answer and for Paula who picked up my email and was so understanding at a time when there was so much confusion and worry going on! This company definitely needs rewarding for their customer service and their training on ability to reach out to people who are constantly worried about where the next penny is coming from and fear of creditors and bailiffs knocking at their doors.
