PayPlan costumer service review

PayPlan is very diligent when it comes to agree payments to creditors on my behalf . Also, until now, the company appoints people that understand the requirements and offer solutions when speaking in the phone and (very important) you don’t have to wait long periods on the line before being answer. Debt Management Solutions PayPlan

PayPLan has been approachable, proactive and efficient. They have spoken to the creditors, take the relevant time and effort alongside me to create a DMP that works. They monitor the progress and also are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to explain risks and elements of the financial aspects that should be prioritise (and the relevant reason).
