Outstanding and understanding

PayPlanPlus really helped when I was in an extremely difficult situation with money. I could no longer juggle all my repayments. The person I spoke to initially was very understanding and non-judgemental. Went through my situation to help me work out what I could afford to pay and dealt with my creditors. It didn’t stop there. I get worrying letters from my creditors but PayPlanPlus will respond to my questions quickly and I can easily send them a copy of the letter and they reassure me . Reviewed on: 17th August 2021
