Review of the PayPlan, Debt solutions:

Paypplan have been excellent at every stage of my contact with them.

My initial contact was on the phone with an advisor. We talked for nearly two hours so he undertstood my situation completely and could give me the correct advice and start resolving my problems. I had contacted four other debt advice agencies already and had not heard back from one and had received conflicting advice from the others, including ruling out that I should or even COULD do a Debt Management Plan which the Payplan advisor said was the best option and I which I then did. All other contact with Payplan advisors since then, either by phone or email, has always been very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend Payplan more highly. I wish I had found them sooner and that they are publicised more so people go to them straightaway. Reviewed on: 17th August 2021
