When we didn't know where to turn to, the HALIFAX recommended PAYPLAN to us and we never looked back Right from the first phonecall they where very lovely and understanding and put us at ease.Now we have yearly Consultations and we go through all our income and expenditure and at the end of that we find out how much we are able to pay every month and then we set the new amount. Afterwards we find out when we will have paid off our debts This call takes about 1 hour, but it makes me feel better in the end Reviewed on: 18th August 2021
