They are attentive, and offer encouragement and precise advice that helps alleviate burden and stress. they monitor progress and review appropriately

There is nothing as burdening and disheartening as financial stress, the stark reality that payments which hitherto were easy to make, have now become extremely difficult to meet because of sudden or gradual negative change in circumstances. Payplan offers a patient and listening ear and offers solutions to ease the burden while still ensuring that creditors do are taken care off; but not at the huge expense of wearing debtors down. Payplan deals with the creditors directly, after agreeing a way forward with the debtor. Payplan provides regular feedback and co-ordination to ensure that the process is not stressful. Because of Payplan, one can take a step back and breathe, leaving time and peace of mind for the debtor to find ways of accelerating debt repayment or improving their circumstance.
