Payplan do what it says on the tin and give you your life back. I was overwhelmed with debt, letters and phone calls and became homeless for a while due to rent arrears. Payplan gave me excellent immediate advice then enabled me to stabilise and prioritise my income and outgoings, including getting my creditors to freeze interest on my debt. Their communication and action to secure an affordable repayment schedule, as well as freeing me from the daily deluge of demands from creditors, was rapid and first class. I have significantly reduced my debt and have always heeded their advice, especially not to accrue further debt. In addition I have never been pressured to choose a different route out of debt other than one I was happy with. My case manager at Payplan has been superb and I cannot thank her or Payplan enough.
