Best support when in strife.

Helpful to us when we were deeply in trouble with debt. Helped to find a solution and an affordable way to pay off debts. The team are helpful and go out of their way to help. Communication really is the best policy. We got sucked in by bank loans and consolidating loans and it seemed to spiral out of control. Now we are in control. Reviewed on: 12th June 2023

Very helpful

Very helpful in helping us to get out of debt faster. We were being hassled by debt recovery companies and Payplan spoke to them and offered a solution. We can pay off debt and not be totally out of pocket. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Helped us in adverse times.

Payplan has been helping us to pay off debts in the most adverse circumstances through job loss. We worked together with our case officer to do our budget and pay as much as we could back. When I lost my job, I communicated with them and we worked out a new budget. We fill out an annual budget. The case officers are very willing to talk to us and they always answer queries on emails very promptly. Reviewed on: 18th August 2021
