Absolutely brilliant

I can’t recommend Payplan highly enough. Their non-judgmental, helpful and client focused approach quite literally gave us our lives back and aided us through a nightmarish time. I would whole heartedly recommend. They work out an affordable, sensible repayment plan and their website is easy to navigate in terms of making payments, checking creditor details and keeping an eye on what you have paid. There is always some one ready to talk to you and provide guidance and support. Everyone we have dealt with there have been absolutely amazing and I truly can’t thank them enough. Ten years down the line, although with an outstanding debt, which we continue to repay monthly, the fair and affordable repayments ensure we sleep at night and retain our property. This is a genuine, heartfelt review and I wish I could convey to anyone out there who is panicking, worrying and losing sleep about increasing debt, that Payplan are your guardian angel and will help you 100%. We went from considering driving off Beachey Head to regaining our dignity, pride and lives. To all the Payplan team, I hope you realise the extent to which you help people and the difference you make to their lives. Truly cannot thank or praise you enough. Thank you. Professional, understanding and non judgemental

Payplan were recommended to me by a friend and I wholeheartedly endorse that recommendation. From the outset, they were non judgemental and provided expert guidance and advice. This was at a time when I was at my lowest ebb. With their support and assistance I am getting back on track but could never have hoped to be in this position without all the help I received from payplan. I have since recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. I hope they realize how they are helping to turn people's lives around for the better. They have been, and continue to be an important and vital support in my life.
