Managing debt with support

From the first call and assessment, i felt that i was being treated as an individual whose situation was being considered, rather than just another client. My case manager explained each part of the process to initiate the IVA and explained why tbat was recommended rather than a DMP. The portal makes it easy and secure to mamage your budget and make contact with the team. Annual reviews and statements keep you up to date with the process. Although the 5year term was daunting, with the support of payplan and their team, the years have flown by. I am now just 3 months away from being debt free and being able to start a new chapter.
