Absolutely brilliant

l was in the worst situation anyone could be in my wages were paid and I went to the bank to get money for food and I was minus £600 due to all the direct debits going out and credit card bills. I am a nurse and have worked all my life,I was working 50+Hours a week and still I couldn’t put food on the table. I called payplan and they reassured me not only when I was sobbing but all the way through. They have been nothing but supportive to me in everything even when I forgot to upload things or didn’t respond straight away. I have suffered something cruel in regard to money but payplan were the only ones that were there for me when I needed it most.
