Fantastic, understanding company

A company for those in need

I have been with Payplan for a few years now and have no issues with how they operate. The staff I have dealt with have all been helpful and supportive. The online support is equally as could and like the fact that I can view my payments, outgoings etc and make adjustments if needed, without having to spend hours on the phone. All round good company

Apprehensive at first when contacting them, but I was put at ease by the friendly, compassionate people on the other end of the phone. They were thorough in going through everything and worked out the best way forward. They were always approachable and answered any queries that I had. Having access to the Payplanplus website has been really useful as I could monitor and keep track of my payments and how much was still owed. The yearly reviews, which first were held over the phone, were arranged at a time that suited myself and again were with a friendly member of the team. Transferring it to an online form in the past couple of years has made this yearly review even easier to complete. Each review is followed up with emails that explain what payplan feels would be the right course of action to take, either stay on the plan that was on or by switching to a different one. I, myself, have stuck with the same plan since the start and the end is nearly in sight. I can't remember how I came across Payplan, but I have not been disappointed or wished to change from them in the years that I have been with them. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
