Competent and Fair

Payplan has helped me over the past two to three years to pay back a substantial amount of my debts without feeling a load of stress. They help me make a sensible decision about how much I can afford to repay, and then deal with all the practical issues so I can just get on with my life, knowing that the burden of debt will soon be completely taken away. Effective negotiators with creditors, hassle free experience for me.

PayPlan provides a clear and easy process to work out what is affordable and one that is credible with creditors. They use this to develop a repayment plan that treats all creditors on an equal basis so that the debt to all of them can be paid of in the same time period. This provides them with a firm basis to negotiate with each of the creditors to get them to agree. In my case, all major creditors agreed and the only creditor that continued to require interest to be charged was a small one with interest of only £2 or £3 a month, and so that was manageable. PayPlan has an easy to use web interface to communicate both ways and has always replied to any questions I had within less than 24 hours and with answers that sorted out my problems. It has been a hassle free experience and has helped me to carry one with my life, safe in the knowledge that my debt is being steadily dealt with. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
