Payplan helped me when my debts spiraled out of control. Every year I complete an expenditure form to make sure I can afford to make the payments or this can be adjusted to suit my income. They offered to freeze my account during the COVID pandemic just incase I was having difficulty making my payments. On the phone, they are very understanding, nonjudgmental and very helpful. I don't like to think about how bad my debts would have been if I hadn't have found payplan. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Helped me get my life back on track.

Having got myself into debt, there were so many debt advisors out there, I didn't know which was the right one for me. I was advised to get help via Unison. I'm so glad I did. They were so helpful. They explained the process every step of the way. They were understanding and non-judgemental. They made the process quick and easy. They are always at the end of the phone if I need them.
