Supportive & helping me on my path to being debt free

It took a lot for me to initially contact Payplan but from the start they were supportive of me and nonjudgmental. I wish I had approached them sooner. They helped me find the best option for becoming debt clear. This was by talking to my creditors and finding an affordable plan. This has reduced my stress around finances no end. When I have any queries or concerns they get back to me very promptly. They review my debt plan annually to make sure I’m still on the right plan for me. When a small pension became available to me Payplan staff were great helping me to reduce my debts in the best way. I have been so impressed with my experience with Payplan, especially as money matters can be a taboo subject, I recommend them to family and friends. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
