I went with PayPlan because they were there every step of the way and explained everything clearly. I was never left feeling unsure, which was important during such a stressful time. I always have someone to talk to if I need go ask a question; Karina is prompt and always helpful when I need advice and I never feel like I'm being mislead in any way.
