Extremely helpful and non-judgemental

I found being in debt extremely embarrassing and it had such a detrimental effect on my mental health. I heard about PayPlan from a friend and contacting them was the best decision I have ever made. Not once did I ever feel judged by any member of staff that I dealt with. They took all my circumstances into consideration and was able to set up an affordable and realistic payment plan for me which I have now been paying for 3 years. They review my payments every year and the process is so simple. I’m hoping to be debt free in the next 2 years which will be an amazing feeling. I manage my money so much better nowadays as they have taught me to live within my means. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
