Professional,friendly service

A couple of years ago I found myself disabled with debt, which I managed easily why working. But I was now paying any money I received on paying my debts. Couldn’t really afford anything else not even food at times. My mental health took a battering from suddenly being out of work because of disability and struggling financially. This particular day I just couldn’t see no way out, it was a bitterly cold January, so I couldn’t even get out cuz of my disability. So I was just browsing through something and noticed a ad about IVAs. I was unsure at first but then I thought can’t make anything worse than what it is. So I made one phone call and I spoke to the most understanding person I had heard in a longtime. She told me exactly what to do, and most importantly to stop worrying because she would sort it. And that day I came off the phone feeling a tad better. But true to her word, they have sorted everything for me. Always treated me with respect and understanding even when I’m totally confused. I can’t thank them enough for continuing to work with me. And most importantly giving me my life back. Best phone call I ever made Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
