Best decision I made when I fell into debt.

I wish I had come across PayPlan much earlier. I was getting letters from several banks and charged £30 each time. Eventually, through Citizens Advice I was introduced to PayPlan. PayPlan negotiated with the banks on my behalf to pay my debts in affordable instalments. Never received another threatening letter or charges again. Interests were also frozen. The stress was taken away from me. Anytime I needed to contact PayPlan I was able to call them personally and on-line. And this fantastic service is free. I am very grateful for their support. My advice to anyone who starts falling to debt do not hesitate because each day in debt costs you money, get in touch with PayPlan. A big thank you. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Best decision I made

Since PayPlan took control of my debt, all harassment by creditors stopped. Peace of mind at last. PayPlan did all the negotiations with the creditors to pay back the debt in affordable monthly instalments. All agents are so pleasant when I telephone them.
