Thankyou is not enough

Getting into debt is scary, terrifying and something you want to hide from. I approached other debt help advice and when I spoke to payplan I knew they would see me right. They are approachable, understanding and easy to navigate through it both via the phone, email and app. Very grateful. Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

Helpful, simple and good customer service

Before finding pay plan I looked into many other options and organisations. All the others didn’t really settle my anxiety of debt at all and then I was told about pay plan. With in one call I felt relief immediately. It was simple and they guided me through the process wonderfully. They answered all my questions and put my mind right at ease. I had one of my loans change hands and they guided me through it all and dealt with any problem in the midst. They don’t constantly keep calling and harassing you like I know some do. They just leave you to it as long as you can meet the payment plan they set out for you (which is revised yearly and easily able to decrease if hard times approach). Their customer service have always been friendly, approachable and informative. I felt so silly getting into debt but Payplan have not only guided me through a payment plan they have also taught me about money management for the future too. Very thankful.
