Payplan was recommended to us from a friend who had got himself into a predicament financially We were wary but after doing our homework had the confidence and humility to approach PayPlan It was the best decision, we have not looked back and have gone from strength to strength. Not only have PayPlan helped us to see how important it is to deal with debt but also that whilst it can be a difficult subject to face there is help if one is willing to admit they need it. Not once have they made us feel irresponsible or silly they have always had the time and patience to explain and to keep us informed of any information that we have needed, answering our many questions along the way. Being approachable and friendly though we have never met any of them personally their friendliness and understanding in the way they speak to us puts us at ease as well as the fact they ask security questions to make sure you are the right person as not all our associates know our business.Tempered with the fact that our situation was serious yet not hopeless but we can help ourselves by sticking to the rules which have in our case proved to be more than beneficial. We know we are the lucky ones and there is light at the end of our tunnel. We will be debt free in the not too distant future. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (we have) We are grateful to PayPlan for fighting our corner and helping us win and get on top of our financial situation learning a valuable lesson along the way.
