Very knowledgable and helpful

I've been with payplan for several years now and have found to be very helpful and polite. If there's any issues they always contact me and always reply to any messages I send them within a day. Very understanding of my situation with debt which has really helped me alot and bad me feel less stressed and embarrassed. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

Very helpful and knowledgeable

I contacted payplan after loosing my job and being in £8k worth of debt and they were very helpful and polite and gave me really good advice and explained every option available to me and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. They keep in touch with me through their messaging service or phone which is really nice but the thing I like the most is the flexibility of the debt management plan they recommended to me which is working great.
