Very efficient and helpful staff and company

Collingwood is very helpful with the reminders I get sent via email for things like MOT, when my payments are due out and just general information that I need to know. I have also found it very easy to contact collingwood when I need assistance on the phone as I find it much quicker than doing things online with a busy schedule and each time I have spoken to very kind staff and my queries have been answered in no time and any amendments I’ve needed to make have been done correctly with no mistakes. Overall I think they are a great company and I am happy to have chosen them for my insurance!! Reviewed on: 20th August 2021
