Outstanding Company. Definitely recommend.

I was really daunted by the idea of being in a DMP but Payplan have been nothing but helpful, any queries I’ve had have been answered within 48 hours and their customer service is brilliant. They do everything and take all of the stress out of the process. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Amazing/Easy To Use/Reassuring

I always worried about entering into a DMP, but PayPlan made everything so easy. Their App is really easy to use. You can monitor payments and see the amount you owe go down per month. If I’ve ever had an issue or worry with anything, I’ve had a response within less than 24 hours. Great customer service. If bills change it’s so easy to update your plan. Absolutely brilliant company
