Very helpful, knowledgeable & easy to talk to

When I first contacted Payplan I was in a very difficult financial position due to being made redundant from work because of health issues. I was feeling that I had nowhere to turn & had become very depressed & my heath was suffering as a result of this. I was also extremely embarrassed about my circumstances & it was hard to admit that I needed help. After my 1st phone call to Payplan (who were recommended to me by a friend) I felt like a weight had been lifted of my shoulders. There was no judgemental attitude, just the sense that they wanted to help me as much as possible. They explained my options in very simply & plain English. There was no pressure put on me at all. After talking with Payplan my outlook on life changed dramatically, I felt that I was getting some sort of control back on my life. Also knowing that help is just a phone call away is so comforting. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending their services to others (and already have). My only regret is not contacting them sooner. Reviewed on: 20th August 2021
