Professional and empathetic throughout

Having got myself into a financial mess with no one to blame but myself I did not know where to turn. As a police officer it’s a difficult place to be, especially admitting to yourself that you are in trouble. Through the Police Federation I found PayPlan and so made contact. They got back to me almost immediately and put my mind at ease from the outset, taking on my case and guiding me through it with compassion. They got me the best plan on an IVA I could have possibly hoped for and all the time advised and instilled a new found knowledge in me of how to be more structured and responsible with my money.
