I am so grateful to finally get my life back on track.

Was in so much debt and no one to turn to i could not believe how supportive Payplan was.. I was given my own adviser and with feeling ashamed and afraid to talk on the phone to anyone everything was done by email. I am not debt free but have a fantastic plan arranged by Payplan which not only helps me repay my debt but also stopped all the dreaded phone calls and letters from my debtors. I can honestly say that i am not left with no money anymore like before and what money i have is mine and not any credit cards either. Thank you soooo much . Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

reassuring without feeling judged

I was in dire situation with multiples of debt petrified to talk and explain why it happened as people do judge you in these days. I had to build up courage due to fear of admitting i needed help as i could see know way out and i felt like i was sinking. The communication side was fantastic as i did not need to have long telephone conversations which would only have added to the sadness i felt accepting i needed help. After that first time approach and email ifelt i had taken control of my life again and can only thank the Payplan for letting me breathe again without panicking. No problems were to much for them, communication great and if i received any bad letter days Payplan team was always there even at night to help me through it. Reviewed on: 20th August 2021
