a painless and seamless process well done

I did try national Debtline and Stepchange first Just getting past all the various options to talk to a human being was very difficult.With stepchange I got through to a human being but on both occasions The calls were cut off So gave up. Argos and Capital suggested Pay Plan .I found them very helpful and understanding and everything has flowed seamlessly Reviewed on: 20th August 2021
