How pay plan assisted me after a mental health crisis

As someone who normally works full time as a health carer I unfortunately suffered an emotional breakdown during the middle of last year. It was also during this time my family had to isolate due to covid resulting in a total loss of income. Following this and my ongoing mental health struggle I found the influx of calls and letters involving accumulated debts very hard to manage and extremely overwhelming. This is when after asking for help from my bank I was referred to Payplan. The process was very simple in comparison to dealing with individual agencies and the negotiations were thankfully taken off me allowing me to spend my time recovering. I am and will be eternally grateful to Payplan for their support and helping myself and my young family to be able to feel some freedom. I certainly couldn’t of done this on my own.
