Changed my life

When I contacted PayPlanPlus I was desperately trying to make ends meet. Personal circumstances and Covid had made my monthly outgoings totally unaffordable. The process was clearly explained and I have had support throughout. I am one year through my plan and have had a very difficult year - but not with my financial worries.
