The rescuer who never left my side

Crippling debt overwhelms your life. Drowning is a poignant metaphor. With each new payment forced to different creditors, it's like another heavy chain is attached to you, and keeping your head above water becomes even harder. To make it worse, drowning in debt is seen as something shameful. Like it was your fault you went swimming in the first place. No-one talks about how strong the currents, and how quickly you find yourself from shore. I was drowning, and yet I found it hard to speak up for help. Friends and family did what they could, but no-one cut those chains around me or pull me from the water. Then I discovered PayPlan. It was like a rescue boat appearing. And many hands reached out to keep me afloat, whilst they cut away the chains. They made me feel no shame for being in the water, asked no questions as to why there were so many chains binding me, made no suggestion I should have found my own way out. They were nothing but deeply supportive. Human beings reaching out their hands with a genuine and personal desire to help me, not an automated service, a company script, or a creditor with profit in their eyes. After many long years in that water, I finally feel like I can swim again. PayPlan have stayed by my side. They have helped me cut the chains and get my head above the water. With their exemplary customer service, simple and effective app, warm and clear communication, I now find myself able to swim myself towards the shore: at my own pace, and in my own time. For the first time in many years, I feel like I can see the shoreline. I feel empowered to swim back there myself I can see the end of my debt.
