Totally professional, and supportive.

Whilst I was experiencing serious financial difficulty, I approached Payplan. They offered me advice, and potential solutions. When we, jointly, decided on a payment route, they asked for all the information that they required. Once submitted, Payplan took charge of all the negotiations, and finalised a Payment Plan. For 5 years, I have submitted my income reports, and have been able to adjust my payments into the plan, whether up or down. I have now completed my IVA, and, hopefully, be able to take control of my life. Thank you Payplan. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2021
