Review of the PayPlan, Debt solutions:

Excellent, friendly, responsive

I went to PayPlan when I was concerned that my outgoings on debts significantly outweighted my ability to pay them. This was due to a period of redundancy and a salary change. Payplan were very responsive, they were thorough in their assessment of my debts and my needs (rent, living costs etc) and we came to a payment plan quite quickly. Payplan reached out to my debtors and arranged reasonable repayments, many with frozen interest rates which reduced my concerns greatly. Payplan representatives have also been quick to respond to follow up items and always left me with peace of mind. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2021
